Booking Deposit

In order to secure your date we ask that a 50 % booking deposit be made.

Individual games are to be picked up and returned to Hitched Games.

Deliveries may be arranged for an additional fee. 

Trailer Packages include delivery within 50 KM of Trenton, Ontario

An additional fee of $2.00 / KM thereafter.    

Although most of our games can be played in the rain,  you may choose to cancel / postpone.

• Cancel within 48 Hours of event -  Full payment charged & loss of deposit
• Cancel before 48 hours of event -  Refunded payment & loss of deposit 
• Postpone within 48 hours of event -  Loss of deposit & rescheduled upon availability within one year of scheduled event 
• Postpone before 48 hours of event -  Deposit held & rescheduled upon availability within one year of scheduled event 

To protect our business we ask that event hosts complete our 

Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Form

Print PDF, sign and return to Hitched Games before the event date.
